Thank you and Mr. Lester for the prompt response to my client's concern. The mildew odor has been identified and Mr. Lester is going to contact the appropriate contractor. Also, there are a few other things that need to be addressed-- 1) cracked tile in master and upstairs bathrooms, and 2) condensate line is leaking directly on the siding which has created some discoloration.
